International Kung Fu Quest 3 Registration

Tournament Zoom division IDs, passwords, schedules and any other needed information to be emailed before tournament. The Tournament begins at 10:00 AM Pacific Time, April 30th.

We are partnering with sportdata, a tournament management company. Below is a list of instructions to set up your profile and register your divisions through them. Links to proceed are at the end of each section.

To setup your profile:

Click on LOGIN (top right corner)

Under INDIV./TEAM/FED. LOGIN click create new account

Make sure to select individual competitor for account type

Fill out the required information, use your school address and phone number instead of personal, email is important because you will be sent the relevant zoom address, ring number and approx. time of your competition, Birthday is important so you can be directed to the right age group for your divisions.

Click save

Check your email for activation link (do not use the page that opens to sign up for divisions, use the link provided at the end of next section)

(This only needs to be done one time, once you’ve set up your profile, you can use it to participate in any future tournaments by TWKFA, please keep track of your user name and password)

To sign up for your division(s):

Click on LOGIN (top right corner)

Under INDIV./TEAM/FED. LOGIN       
input your user name and password, click login

Click on registration (if it’s not already open)
Hover over competitor
Click add individual entry
Click on the division(s) you want to compete in (if more than one division, hold the control button while selecting (you can add more divisions later as well))
Click save

This will bring you to the payment screen, currently paypal is the only option available for payment. You don’t have to pay immediately if you don’t want to, please keep in mind that you will remain on the waiting list until payment is received.

To pay later: log in, click on registration (if it’s not already open), click on my current entries/payment to make payment (use the paypal button at the bottom of window)

If you hover over competitor, you can check what divisions you entered by clicking on my individual entries or see if you’ve been released from the waiting list by clicking that option

Registration fees are:
First division is $35.00 USD, additional divisions are $25.00 USD, Three star is $75.00 USD

Tournament is 4/30/22, starting at 10:00AM pacific time, registration cutoff date is 4/27/22
