International Kung Fu Quest Registration Form

-Please read ALL registration instructions and general information
-Creative/Open team divisions - each family/team member must register separately
-Registration fees to be collected by your school's Program Director / Manager and submitted to TWKFA-HQ
-Program Directors / Managers: please be sure to include participant's name with registration fees when you submit

REGISTRATION FEES: $35 for first division, $25 for each additional division, $75 for 3-Star (combined division)
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: November 2nd, 2024 at 11:59 PM PST

Event Address: Tat Wong Kung Fu Academy Zoom lobby - IDs and passwords to be sent prior to 11/9/24

Tournament Date: Saturday November 9th, 2024, starting at 10:00 AM PST

The registration form is divided into the following divisions:
Hand Forms – Juniors
Long Weapons – Juniors
Short Weapons – Juniors
Hand Forms – Adults
Long Weapons – Adults
Short Weapons – Adults
Black Belts – Juniors
Black Belts – Adults
Three Star – Juniors
Three Star – Adults
Creative

It is further subdivided by age groups and belt levels; please register by selecting your age group and belt level under the divisions listed above. Please select carefully as you will not be able to unselect an incorrect age group / belt level; you will have to go back or click home to restart registration.
